Two decades of building, remodeling, and consulting.

Savi Homes is a residential construction and consulting company, and this website is where homeowners can see the work we've completed, understand how we run a project from the first phone call to the final walkthrough, and request a quote in a couple of minutes. We build decks, fences, kitchen and bathroom remodels, basement finishes, and additions, and we also take on full custom home construction. Because we handle architectural design and permitting in-house, you never have to coordinate between a designer, an engineer, and a builder.

The site is made for homeowners planning a renovation or a new build, first-time buyers weighing whether to remodel or move, and anyone who wants a straight answer about scope, budget, and timeline before signing anything. If you're not sure what is even possible with your space, our consulting service is designed to help you plan the work, control costs, and avoid the mistakes that make construction expensive.

Savi Homes has been building and remodeling for more than 20 years, with hundreds of projects completed for families in the area. Every project description, photo, and page on this site is put together by our own team — the same people who will be on your job site — because we believe homeowners deserve clear, honest information before they hire anyone.
